DELRAY BEACH, Fla, --- Kim Sailer, partner in Beyond All Reasonable Doubt Marketing, spoke about “Building an Effective Ad” at the Southeastern Chapter of the Legal Marketing Association’s Educational Session on March 13, 2007.

The educational session focused on the Do’s and Don’ts of Florida Bar Advertising. LMA members reviewed the recent attorney adverting rule changes regarding collateral materials, advertisements, and website content adopted by the Florida Supreme Court that became effective on January 1, 2007.

Kim Sailer discussed the components to building an effective ad. “Even with the new Florida Bar Advertising rules, there are ways to build effective ad campaign,” Sailer told participants. “It may take more thought and creativity but the opportunity for an effective ad campaign is still strong if you address all the components around the ad,” she added.
